就像侦探男主擅长的不是什么science of deduction而是观察人心，这部剧集的精彩处不是情节而是人——剧中和破案相关的情节设计大都陈旧而漏洞百出，然而对人的种种行为背后的情感和历史的解释，尤其是对亲子关系如何塑造孩子人格这个主题的反复讲述，却做得细腻又动人。iainglen真是个好看的中老年人。
