果然一把手就应该是个好说（hu）话（nong）的么······看着看着我竟然对Humphrey的一套公务员功夫认同了起来，政党政治培养出的政治家随着不负责任的选民们的心意走马灯似地轮流换，没有这些熟悉本部事务的常务秘书们，国家怎么运转呢（严肃脸）
