On a typical residential street in an average Athens neighborhood, one neglected car alarm is about to send the residents of a nearby apartment building into a restless frenzy. It's summertime in Athens, and as an unidentified driver parks their car, activates the alarm, and walks away, the quiet tranquility of a peaceful suburban street is suddenly shattered. As irritation over the shrill alarm begins the spread, everyone within earshot vows to take action in the name of peace and quiet. Regardless, as night begins to fall the alarm is still going strong. Meanwhile, Andreas attempts to win back his frustrated wife Eleni, a gay actor does his best to ignite the flame of passion with his secret lover, a pair of bickering sisters continue their arguments louder than ever before, and a lonely neighbor is robbed by a pair of opportunistic thieves. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
