这是一个人在绝望之时如何战胜自我，战胜大自然的故事，由真实事件改编：主角出海遇事故翻船，在冰海中漂流6小时后最终获救。电影没什么拍摄技巧，导演一直用摄像机以记录的手法还原了一个曾经发生过的故事。

看什么冰岛片都像在看sigur ros的加长mv。。然后结尾音乐就响起来了。。真事比较神，但改成片感觉也没挖出什么新鲜花头
