一个更高阶社会形态的关怀与困局。以一个带入视角来看，大多数“精神病患者”的逻辑都是自洽的。女孩恳求说，请让我回家自杀吧，太痛苦了，十三年了。抉择者则表示我们医治你就是要缓解你的痛苦。两者的逻辑就像这样，是两条完全平行的线，前者的权力却被后者完全压制。
