这纪录片真的很没有条理 ，说服力不高。果蔬是有丰富的膳食纤维是肉类食物没有办法替代的，但是我们的身体也是需要肉类和鱼蛋的高蛋白质营养的。看完了以后还是会想吃牛肉…

飞翔的茶壶
素食确实有好处，现行的大众饮食习惯确实不够健康，但这个片子也太简单粗暴了，一下就从你吃的不健康跳到吃素包治百病，后面更是用道德绑架强行把一般消费者架到对大规模畜牧饲养业的审判席上批判一番，让人想起某些极端素食者强行安利讨人厌的嘴脸。差评。
