生理层面的因素说得比较清晰,从杏仁核和前额叶,到睾丸酮和“斗牛士基因”,再到血清素和单胺氧化酶A。越研究越难以厘清一个问题,如果犯罪因生理上不可控制的因素导致,那人应该在多大程度上为此负责?
