电影里的两句话还是很有感受的，。 1.甜品师孔蒂千尼说：我为什么做甜品，是经历感受那份感动，并且让你感动，这是我的风格，这是我的人生。 2.主持人的父亲艾伯特·鲁说：法国人说好的甜品师会成为好的厨师，好的厨师永远当不了好的甜品师，为什么？甜品就像一个谜，你要极其精准，如果错了20克或者50克的面粉或糖，入炉后就是自制灾难，做甜品学懂用色，学懂对称，甜品放到你面前，应该让你的胃口再大开。 另外电影中的甜品看起来都非常甜，感觉没有从小经历过英法的甜品饮食文化的话，吃不下这么多这么甜的甜品吧？
