现在看，不仅仅是维米尔，可能连卡拉瓦乔，扬凡艾克都用过镜子成像来作画。当然，从绘画的历史上看就从来不能脱离工具，镜子作为工具，与最简单的用铅笔目测量比例的性质是一样的。
