声音与画面并不直接相符，而是暗喻，反而赋予更有趣的意义。用了大量的found footage，剪辑与音效有趣。父子两人的访谈像在搏击，冷幽默。电影的真正内容是导演如何向深处挖掘的这一过程。如何从头至尾的引不起父亲的兴趣，拒绝也是一种回答。最后儿子被质疑不务正业拍电影想必引起不少电影人的共鸣。
